Terms and conditions governing your use of our services
By accessing or using the services provided by MILDGLORY PTE. LTD. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MILDGLORY.
MILDGLORY provides global sourcing, supply chain management, logistics coordination, and related services. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website and in service agreements.
As a client, you agree to:
Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or quotations. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are in USD and exclusive of taxes.
Payment terms are specified in each agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services.
Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified in individual agreements.
All content on our website and materials provided during service delivery, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of MILDGLORY and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILDGLORY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services.
Important Limitation: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold MILDGLORY harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
